Could you use some luck in your corner? How about protection from evil-doers? You better grab one of the season’s pretty and protective talisman jewelry pieces.
So what exactly is a talisman? It is simply an object thought to possess some sort of mystical properties. The talisman is believed to bring good luck and to provide protection from evil or harm. They’re usually crafted of precious metals and raw stones but really could easily be almost anything….like say a four leaf clover, rock, coins, amulets, celestial symbols, pendants, or a ring.
Your inquiring mind wants to know: Do they really work? The answer: Who knows.
Some dismiss the whole idea of these things offering protection or slaying shady spirits as hocus pocus. In another corner, there are hardcore believers that won’t leave home without their talisman. My stance? We’re living in some sick and scary times so I’m going to get my hands on all the lucky charms and protection I can get!
